Bio: M. Unni Krishnan is Founder of the LivingMachine Institute and LongWealth GmbH, pioneering productive longevity as an alternative to short-term business metrics. After two decades with India's most respected business families, he identified Bleeding Insolvency—the internal decay of seemingly healthy companies through erosion of mindset, purpose, trust, and culture. His LivingMachine model surfaces Hinge Assumptions that drain organizational life-force and dismantles the Great Invisible Wall protecting perpetual returns (70% of enterprise value). Co-created with multigenerational groups like Tata and Godrej, his work is supported by the Global Peter Drucker Forum, MIT's Presencing Institute, and leading business schools worldwide.

Chetan Mehta
Senior Finance Advisor
Bio: Chetan is an accomplished finance expert with more than 25 years in the field. He is one of the original members of the LivingMachine team, having been involved from its conception 20 years ago. He has been instrumental in conceptualising the Lasting Value Creators research model, the Dynamic Perpetuity Flexing model and Long-Term Alpha and Beta Scenarios. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and qualified Cost Accountant. He secured 15th & 16th rank respectively in his final & intermediate Chartered Accountancy Examination and has been awarded Gold Medal for securing 1st rank all over India in his Final Cost Accountancy Examination. He is also qualified as an Information Systems Auditor (ISA).

Prashanth Nair
Strategic Partnerships Architect
Bio: Prashanth’s involvement goes back to the early days of the LivingMachine Institute, where he focused on understanding the Living Elements in the context of Brand Trust, Customer Relationships and Stakeholder Engagement. Prashanth is now focused on cultivating strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations which can amplify the LivingMachineInstitute’s work. He leads the partnership with the Global Peter Drucker Forum, and is involved in developing the UK market. Prashanth brings two decades of leadership experience spanning brand consultancy, media, F&B, and enterprise development. With a career rooted in both global corporates and entrepreneurial ventures, he now forges powerful alliances across sectors. A founding partner in LMI’s journey, he shapes learning ecosystems and strategic growth pathways with a focus on scale, stewardship, and societal value.

Dr. K. Prasanna Sai

Bio: Prasanna came into our fold as a customer ten years ago, and over the years has collaborated and supported the development of the LivingMachine Institute through his extraordinary strengths in the areas of Business Planning, Quality Management Process and Finance. Prasanna brings over 35 years of experience as a CXO across major Indian and global enterprises. He holds a doctorate in HR doctorate and has led complex business turnarounds and advised on M&A, finance, and organisational integration. Bio: Over the last five years, Amit has been collaborating closely to bring a deeper understanding of the Human Elements, Systemic Frames and Facilitation models which support the delivery of the LivingMachine model in organisations. He is leading the development of the European and UK markets, and is the architect behind the Lab of the LivingMachine, an engaging diagnostic experience that helps owners and leaders explore what the vitality of their 70% Zone. He leads the design and facilitation of our Global Peter Drucker Forum workshops. Amit has spent over 20 years designing and delivering systemic change journeys for founders and executive teams across SME and multi-national companies. A former entrepreneur and non-exec director, he blends grounded business acumen with presence and deep systemic coaching.

Bio: Dinesh in an qualified and experienced engineer, devoted to the field of HR. Over the last two years Dinesh has bought his four decades of cross-functional experience in HR, IT, Engineering and Manufacturing to supporting client engagements in the areas of Leadership and Culture. Dinesh is a certified Harrison’s Assessment coach, particularly focused on helping leaders navigate paradoxes and revitalise systemic energy. As a coach, he has enabled over 1,000 senior managers to build agility, leading large-scale cultural transformations with a balance of structure, humanity, and depth. Dinesh holds a HR Director certification from Cornell University and is certified in Intelligent Teams and Networks from MIT Sloan.
